Users shall not, under any circumstances, harass, threaten, extort, or initiate frivolous legal actions or police reports against the Organization or its staff due to a low win rate, incorrect predictions, or personal financial loss. Such actions will be deemed a material breach of these Terms, resulting in a permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities for harassment.

Users expressly acknowledge and agree that such materials are strictly for illustrative and marketing purposes. The Organization reserves the absolute right to maintain private wagers or withhold certain analytical conclusions from the public or paid subscriber feeds. 7. REFUND POLICY AND TERMINATION
